No. We are an online store with warehouses located in the Niagara Region so you are guaranteed fast shipping.
Where is my shipment?
If you have an account with MedNeedles, simply sign into your account where you will see the tracking status of your shipment.

Can I change my order?
When you place an order at MedNeedles, we jump into action to help ensure your package is delivered within our specified shipping time frames. If you need to delete an item, reduce a quantity or cancel your order, please call Customer Service at 1 855-287-4312 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note: We will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order once your order has shipped.

How do returns work?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If you’ve opened the package and realize that you’ve received the wrong order due to a warehouse error, we will accept a return.
